The purpose of this research was to know and understand the purchase perception of consumers during the pandemic in the Province of Guayas, Ecuador. The study was carried out using the method. For this purpose, an investigation based on Qualitative and Quantitative Methods is carried out, which allows a Mixed Methodology, according to the data provided by the survey and the analysis, a Descriptive Study of the perception of consumers is carried out. on-line. The types of research techniques were content analysis, simple statistical analysis and complex statistical analysis. For this research work, a survey is carried out based on three blocks of questions aimed at the perception approach, such as the benefits that are perceived in the search for products on the Internet, the feeling in online purchases and the risks that are perceived. at the time of purchase.
